Villa description
This beautiful property built in 2003, provides a spacious living accommodation for up to ten people. It has been tastefully furnished, has full air-conditioning and is equipped with everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation.
The great room has a large TV with digital Cable service, DVD player, Video player and recorder, Radio and CD music system, games and books for your enjoyment. There is also a queen size sofa bed, large sofa, chair with footstool and a patio door leading to the pool area.
The kitchen and dining area has an electric range cooker with extractor fan, dishwasher, waste disposal, large fridge freezer with ice-maker, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee maker. There is an ample supply of dinnerware, with plastic items for the poolside, a dining table, chairs, breakfast bar with stools and a telephone with unlimited free of charge USA and international calls for all guests; no setup or credit card entry required; ideal for internet access.
The master bedroom has a super king size bed, large walk-in wardrobe, dressing table with mirror, bedside cabinets, large TV with Cable channels, telephone, radio alarm clock and a luxurious en-suite with large walk-in shower, comfortable corner bath with seat, his and hers vanity units and a separate WC.
The second master bedroom has a queen size bed, built-in wardrobe, dressing table with mirror, bedside cabinet and an adjoining en-suite with full size bath and shower over, vanity unit and WC.
Bedroom two has bunk beds (sleeps two), built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers, TV with Cable channels and a PlayStation2 (plays DVDs) with games.
Bedroom three has twin beds, built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers, TV with Cable channels and a DVD player.
The third bathroom adjoining bedrooms two and three has a full size bath with shower over, vanity unit and WC.
There is ample bed linen for all bedrooms, a full sized washing machine and tumble dryer, vacuum cleaner, iron, ironing board and ample swimming pool towels.
A baby listener is provided as well as a cot with cot linen, a high chair and a parasol and stand.
An air hockey table is provided for use in the garage.
The swimming pool area has extended south facing decking, fully enclosed insect screening, a large lanai (covered area) with patio table, four chairs and there are four sun loungers with side tables.
The 27 foot by 12 foot swimming pool has underwater pool lighting and can be heated (at additional cost). There is a pool shower (no hot water) and a pool bathroom with WC and a wash basin.

Notes
- An additional fee of £100 per week will be levied if the client requires the private swimming pool to be heated by way of the installed heat pump;
- Complimentary tea, coffee, sugar and cream are provided for a client’s arrival; and
- A Welcome Pack can be ordered (at a cost of £40) to await a client’s arrival so that they can enjoy some refreshments without the need to go shopping as soon as they arrive.
